Lechon Baka, Roast Beef in Cebu

In Cebu, a typical roast beef or calf (lechon baka) is served with sweet brown sauce.  My birthday isn't complete without a leg being roasted for my guests. It's normally selling for at least P350/kilo, weighed raw.  A leg is about 15 kilos, reduced to half it's weight when cooked.  A leg can serve upto 30 people with other dishes on the menu.

    I really love eating lechon,but I haven't try eating lechon baka as what you said here in your blog. But, hopefully I want to try this one.
